IRF Constitution
The PARC Constitution governs the sport of Pan American racquetball. Each non-profit corporation must have a constitution which it files with the government where they are located. The Constitution outlines how the organization will be governed and by whom. Mission statements, elections, terms, and financial responsibility are all examples of what is included in the PARC Constitution following the International Racquetball Federation guidelines.
