Maria Paz Muñoz was elected as the PARC Athlete Representative in 2022. She has represented Ecuador as a junior and adult competitor. She is also an Athlete Representative of the Sud American Racquetball Confederation - CONSURA.

As the Athlete Representative on the PARC Board of Directors, Rodriguez serves as the voice of athletes. She is available to listen and gather athletes' ideas toward improving the state of racquetball as well as bringing athletes' perspectives to the IRF Board.
